Any business change requires the commitment of many people, both internal and external to the business. Savvant acts as facilitator between internal and external stakeholders, representing and communicating all stakeholder needs at every stage.

Core to this process is gathering accurate and complete requirements, to ensure that key business success criteria are identified. These requirements live throughout the project in various forms – project plan, scenario analysis, stakeholder training, vendor product/service evaluation, implementation – and are communicated at all times to ensure the reasons for change are clear.

Our policy is to see your change through to completion – we don’t advise on strategy and then leave the building. We get involved.
